FAQ
Leak Detection
Q: What is leak detection?
A: We use advanced technology to find hidden water leaks without breaking walls or floors.

Q: What tools do we use?
A: Normal tools are: Thermal cameras, audio detection, drill tests, visual tests.
Q: Why not just dig where I see water?
A: Water travels — the wet spot is rarely where the leak starts. Our method pinpoints the exact source, saving time, money, and property damage.
Q: What technology do you use?
A: Acoustic, thermal imaging, tracer gas, and pressure testing — depending on the situation.
Q: Can you fix the leak too?
A: Yes. We don’t just find leaks — we also repair them on the spot whenever possible.

Pipe Coating (No-Dig Repair)
Q: What is pipe coating?
A: A no-dig method that repairs and renews old pipes by applying a certified PU coating inside, creating a seamless “new pipe within the pipe.”
Q: How long does it last?
A: PU-coated pipes last 15-25 years. Our material is certified by DIBt (German Institute for Construction Technology).
Q: Which pipes can be coated?
A: Sewer, drainage, and rainwater pipes — without breaking floors or gardens. (Not drinking water pipes.)
Q: Why is it better than replacing pipes?
A: No demolition, no mess, faster, and usually 30–50% cheaper than replacement.

Pipe Mapping
Q: What is pipe mapping?
A: A professional survey of your property’s pipe network. We trace and record exactly where pipes run underground or inside walls.
Q: Why do I need it?
A: Pipe maps prevent costly mistakes during renovations, landscaping, or repairs. You’ll know where every pipe is before drilling or digging.
Q: How do you do it?
A: With electronic sondes, cameras, and locators that trace the pipe path accurately without guesswork.
Q: Who benefits from pipe mapping?
A: Homeowners, property managers, builders, and hotels — anyone who wants to avoid unnecessary pipe damage and have a clear record for the future.
